Refund Policy

Free trial

Quill includes a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel before it ends at no cost.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of a charge. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Email romandemidov1993@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and your order reference. You may also request a refund directly through the receipt Paddle sent you.
