Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quill application (“Quill”, the “Service”), operated by Roman Demydov (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Quill is an application for HubSpot that adds an AI assistant to CRM contact records. It can summarize a contact’s engagement timeline, draft follow-up messages, and create follow-up tasks. Quill processes CRM data using an AI provider that you select and configure with your own API key.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must connect a HubSpot account you are authorized to use and grant the permissions the Service requests. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your installation and for keeping any credentials you provide (such as your AI provider key) accurate and authorized.
3. AI-generated content
Output produced by Quill is generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given situation. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before relying on it, sending it, or acting on it. Quill does not send emails on your behalf; drafts are provided for you to review and use at your discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or third-party right; process data you are not permitted to process; attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or exceed the rate limits or usage limits of the Service or of the AI provider you configure.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Quill is offered on a subscription basis following a free trial. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles the order, billing, currency conversion, and any applicable taxes, and Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refunds.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with HubSpot, your chosen AI provider (DeepSeek, OpenAI, or Anthropic), and Paddle. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using and uninstall the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
